Returns:
- All returns should be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- We accept returns on a reasonable basis that:
- the item received is not as described,
- the item received was damaged,
- the item received is faulty.
No returns accepted for change of mind.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging along with all merchandise tags.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Once your return is received your refund will be completed typically within 10 business days from date of receipt.
